To be fair, I originally thought I was getting a lightning one because I have an iphone 11, but although I can’t use it with my phone, I use it often with my laptop. This one is better quality than many I have had.

The reader is well made, it does a lot of jobs, and makes it easy not to turn on a computer. Connects to your Android with ease. I bought it to connect to JKO (Joint Knowledge Online) via my smartphone, but it wasn't supported due to updated systems with the military, but it does read other cards well, like debit and credit cards. You can access your bank account or pay bills with it. It was an okay purchase.

Needed a CAC reader for WFH. Purchased this card reader since it was compact and didn't take up room in my bag. Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a cordless card reader that doesn't take up space.Note: I originally thought I wouldn't be able to use it since I couldn't get the drivers to install. However I found that I didn't even need to install them in the first place since it works just fine without them. Plugged it in and had no issue with it reading the CAC.
