I bought it in white. Sturdy, functional , directions very easy, it did take more than an hour but worth. All tools provided, only advice you don’t need to screw in the file bars inside the draw to tight. It will poke a hole in front of the draw and crack the wood. The file bars can be put into 2 different holes in the draw depending on the size of your files. Very convenient. Love it

Very good quality item for the price...this is my second Vasagle purchase and I'm very pleased with their products! (move over outrageously priced Sauder, Bush, etc!). It was relatively simple to assemble BUT way to many pieces of hardware...seems the manufacturer could streamline this in some ways. Instructions were basically photographic, minimal print to read really, but diagrams were clear and easy to follow. Very durable filing cabinet. Finish is true to the pictures also. Highly recommend!

Although the assembly instructions were easy to understand, I found it to be very time-consuming and difficult to screw the wooden components together with a screw driver. I finally had to ask an friend with a power drill to drive the screws into the pre-drilled holes in the wood pieces. Now that it is fully assembled, it is a great file cabinet. The drawers work easily and it is an attractive unit. It feels very sturdy.

Was a great purchase. The color blends in with my desk and bedroom furniture rather than the white metal one I had before. It was easy to put together and the drawers close almost on their own when you push them to close. I highly recommend this file cabinet that also has locking wheels so the unit stays put when you open and close it! And it was a good price!

This file cabinet is very sturdy and easy to put together. I would recommend it if you have a small number of files to keep. Otherwise, you need more than one.

Really like it, it's cute, it’s the perfect size for under my desk, holds a lot of folders to keep me organized and was pretty easy to assemble. It just took some time to put together because there are a lot of screws. You have the option to add the wheels on the bottom for easy moveable access or not, I opted for them on and it moves with ease. There isn’t a lock which kind of stinks but I didn’t really need one so for the lower price, I decided to go without the lock. Definitely recommend this! Shipping was quick, package came and wasn’t damaged, it was protected and very well packed. Will buy from them again!

I received my Amazon order of the Vasagle Lateral File Cabinet for my home office on December 1st. I assembled it last night (Dec. 20th), and the iron base screw holes don't align with the screw holes in the cabinet base preventing secure attachment because the holes were not filled properly. Therefore the product is not stable and functionally sound. I just requested to return the product (via the manufacturer's website), which is assembled (took 3-4-hours)and a to receive a full refund. This is the prices required by Amazon. Hoping the quality customer experience is as fast as the purchase.

Fairly filing cabinet but taking off 1 star for amount of time to put together (2 hours with 1 person) and a damaged internal thread that prevents the file hanger rod from being fully inserted. It’ll work but annoying when things don’t fit properly. It’s not an easy correction unless I drill out the bolt.

The little white cabinet arrived in a reasonable period of time. Everything that was needed to assemble was in the box, including a few small tools. There were a lot of pieces!! However with some patience, it was assembled after a couple of hours. It’s roomy and I like the fact it is on coasters. I will need to buy some hanging folders to maximize the use of the drawers. I didn’t price check with Walmart or other retailers, but I think it’s a good price for the finished product. I gave 4 stars because I needed some assistance but that’s me.
