This was a pleasant surprise. I was hesitant to get a "smart" lock because I don't need my door spying on me. I make a lot of money as a Chinese spy, and don't need any trouble.But I have a dog, and he's big, and BAD.When I installed a new french door, I needed a handle and deadbolt for it, and liked the idea of not needing a key to get in the house. You can use a key, (two are included) or you can use a pin, RF card, your phone, or your fingerprint.You won't use any of them but your fingerprint. It reads flawlessly, even in the rain, and unlocks the door quickly.I don't 5 bathroom trips a day, and multiple walks, so this thing is used constantly and has held up great. The instructions are clear, and it's easy to install. Setup is easy. You can even set up temporary pins or fingerprints for dog-walkers or friends to use.A great buy. Give it a shot.

I am not good when it comes to dealing with current day technology but this lock was very easy to install and set up. The instructions are a bit confusing but if you read it a couple of times it does then make sence. The lock is solid and the fingerprint sensor works great.

Looks great, quality is not that of a kwickset but still seems sturdy and is very nice. App is easy to use.Cons Little wonky compared to other keyless entry systems I’ve used in one way- the fingerprint does my toggle ( lock and unlock) it only unlocks. Locking is slow - press the keypad and wait a moment for it to respond. Then locate the pound key and hold. The. It will go thru a sequence of lock / unloc/ lock and then beep. Because I hear it lock/ unlock/ lock we all don’t trust it and double check that it is locked each time :/In the interior the small black auto lock button is too close to the lever and we hit it and then the bolt extends even when the door is open and slams into the frame. Eek

I have had this for over a month and I am not one bit disappointed! It is a quality product. The most important part if the installation is to get the bolt lined up fir smooth operation. I use the finger print reader and so far it has not failed. It was easy to install and set up.

This the easiest smart lock to set up. So far I am very happy with these. I bought 2, one for the garage and one for the Front entry. Once installed, they were very easy to set up. The set up is very intuitive. I would highly recommend!
