This product was exactly as advertised and came with everything you need to install it. I decided to use longer screws and chose some 3 inch lag screws to anchor it to the wall studs.Once installed it was very sturdy. It was installed in the garage so it is not in conditioned space and during cold weather it is very cold to the hands.

Instructions are a little difficult to decipher, but the pictures help.Easy install, hardware seems solid, nice heavy bracket and railing is good quality.Ships with rubber ends, so threads don't get damaged nor the finish get chipped.Very quick instal, comes with drill bit and alen key. Will need to provide your own larger size phillips screwdriver.

Great for the two to three steps up to house. We attached it to cedar post on our railing. Used included hardware.

I wish someone would have taken a little more initiative and at least remove the slag from the welds that splattered all over the pipes before they painted them. This is intended to be used on a nice stair case and the pride in finish work is lacking.

The rails came nicely packaged and complete with decent fixings and a drill bit that did the job perfectly. They were fitted quickly and securely and will definitely do the job they were bought for.

Like it made stairs a little safer for wifw and her cane and 94 year old mother. Both find Iit easy to grab onto and felt secured by its solid no movment against the wall.
