This is a great product, very sturdy and compact design, for somebody who sits and works most of the time, this helps for home workout. Very easy to setup, and comes with a remote. Pretty easy to use and the amazing part is it comes with presets which makes it even more easy and user-friendly to use. We can change the intensity per the wish, post usage it is a obvious relax feeling, helps improving energy levels and slip resistance.

Bought this vibration plate to stimulate my lymphatic system. It is so easy to use and has been very effective so far! The versatile foot placement provides different levels of vibration, also. I have thoroughly enjoyed using this system and use it most every night. Great purchase and highly recommend!

I absolutely love my vibration plate! I have used it for 3 weeks now and feel amazing! My left knee is bone on bone and my leg lost a lot of muscle due to babying my knee. My knee pain is way down and the muscles in my leg are coming back strong. I am now able to walk almost normal!

This exercise machine does help relieve pain. It comes with a remote control and has several levels from low to high, . It's a good size for an adult, I believe it weighs up to 200 pounds. (Not sure if it can be above). So far it works well, worth the price
