I work in the telecom industry and work in data centers often. This works for what i need, tracing fiber.. Battery life works well thru a maintenance window. Suggest you get additional adapters SC/LC etc. Happy with product. Its proven its worth pultiple times.

The device works good and has a strong light that goes along way for testing fiber. The only big draw back is the LC adapter does not screw onto the output shaft on the light. It just slides in is held by tension. This can slip out.

I work in the telco field, finding breaks and bends is made so much easier with this powerful light. Nice, I can change from solid to blinking. I also found tip replacements on Amazon if needed.

Bought this laser in April. Worked great was used daily and kept in my reflection vest pocket, so it was put to work. Other end of fiber strand would shine bright so easy to see. Unfortunately after enough uses the orange cap broke off and exposed the silver cap where you connect your fiber to which ended up breaking next and became very lose. Now laser will not shine through unless you wiggle it and play around while connecting your fiber to the laser to find the “sweet spotâ€.Update: managed to buy a replacement plastic white tip and silver cap for the top of the laser from KELUSHI. Fixed the problem working back at 100%
