Terrific product !I had a commercial job , and I needed to find studs at 20 locations.It was important that I didn’t make any extra holes in the walls .WALABOT went 20 for 20 precisely locating wood studs for required wall fixtures.Very happy with my purchase !

Every DIY’er needs one of these. It located studs behind a tiled wall for me to install grab bars. This thing is amazing. Should have bought one a lot sooner. Thought it was expensive, but it was money well spent in my case. Would definitely buy it again.

I'm a tech guy, I'm a DIY kind of person too... This thing is a hot mess in a blender though!!!Sounded awesome... execution is awful. - first is the device was not accurate on my walls (calibrated, new construction, drywall) - connectivity seemed a slight issue - marks on your walls, and hurts wall's texture. Mine (texture) is minimal. Personally, I think it's ridiculous that the calibration has to be executed every time.... but after Walabot fails to work, I see went they might need it. I would think the app could have settings for your type usage and automatically set for the last depth of drywall.. again mine was standard.Soooo disappointed. What an epic failure. I would even encourage people to try it for themselves. It was that awful.Before someone responds etc- I utilized all aspects of this device. I was in this home during construction. I know what's behind these walls generally. This was supposed to help be precise and remind me of I had forgotten. Whether EXPERT mode or otherwise... it was a horrible, needless think of junk.Good luck to you all. Please consider my opinion heavily.

I've been wanting one of these for years, but they didn't have one that worked with Iphone. Well this one does, finally.It does find items behind walls you never knew were back there.Why they continue to put the professional mode on it is beyond me. Why would you use a mode that is all fuzzy and nondescript, when the regular mode is clear and crisp.It's a pain to have to calibrate the thing every time you turn it on. Plus if you don't keep it on the wall constantly it will loose it's calibration and not show studs that you know are there. The next improvement should be, that when you scan a stud it also show where any drywall fasteners or wire protectors are located. A built in display screen would be the ultimate upgrade.

This device works well after calibration, quickly detecting studs, plex, and copper pipes. It also gives color indications for Romex and some conduit pipes. I bought it primarily for stud finding, but it is a plus for other things within the walls. The only hassle is the constant calibration if you pull the sensor away from the wall to another wall. It could have a memory for at least one minute before needing re-calibration.Overall, it is a good product, accurate, and innovative

I was excited to try this device out, but upon doing so quickly discovered some irksome issues. For starters, it connects to your phone via WiFi and since you can't connect to 2 WiFi networks at once, it means it will disconnect from your WiFi while using the app. Bluetooth or NFC would be better.If you are using the app and device and someone calls or texts you, you will lose the connection and your phone will reconnect your default WiFi. Switch back to the app and the cycle repeats.What makes this more annoying is that every time the app starts back up it requires waving it around on the wall in big circles again to calibrate it. Why it cannot remember and reuse the most recent calibration setting is beyond me.I had also thought it could penetrate through more than just drywall, but there are no options for deeper scans or different wall materials, sadly. Basically, it's a fancy studfinder that costs more than some other 5-in-1 studfinders one can find here.They also missed the opportunity to make this little brick of a device a phone charger by making the USB-C port bi-directional. Maybe a little LED flashlight on it as well if they really want to increase the utility of it.

The Walabot worked as advertised. I found studs and avoided pipes and wires. Worked great.

Walabot DIY 2 lives up to the hype. It allowed me to map out what was going on in the ceiling before I drilled or screwed anything. There was no guesswork, I could clearly see studs, pipes, and wires. The Walabot DIY 2 even warned me when I was getting close to something, before I reached it. It is one of the best investments I have ever made. The project was completed much quicker because of the Walabot DIY 2. Walabot DIY 2 deserves a cape because it is my hero.
