This sensor turns on ALL THE TIME, even at night when nothing is happening; no one around, no reason to be on - it clicks on. Clicking on and off all night long...The microphone has been disabled, the sensitivity of the photocell set to lowest light level possible (light still comes on during day...!)...HELP - is this a defective unit...?

Bought this switch for the bathroom to turn the lights and fan on as soon as you walk in and off when leaving the room. It'll turn the lights on but they will not shut off after leaving unless I disable the microphonics. the reason for purchasing this sensor was because of the microphonics feature but it was a complete fail. Even when set to low, the lights stay on. The house completely quiet and still doesn't work properly. Garbage.
