Love these cards. Easy guidance and helpful hints on how to put together a great work out. You need to have a good wall space to complete the exercises.

Simple and great to follow along to for a workout at home that you can monitor to your liking! Perfect to take on the go too since it's compact and easy to put in your bag

These cards are nice for what I needed. I had to figure out the recommended workout system on the cards. It took a little bit of decoding. The erasable marker is a good idea but not really practical because it wipes off when the cards are flipped through.

These cards are great to do a workout anywhere without any equipment except your own body. The issue with the cards is with the inaccuracy of the numbering and even with the "how to" guide/suggested workouts. There are a lot of errors! In addition to the information not matching the cards, there are tons of grammatical errors that make the directions a little difficult to follow at times.According to the printed GUIDE, there are 49 workout cards. #1-14 LOWER BODY, #15-24 CORE EXERCISE, #25-30 BACK EXERCISE, #31-41 UPPER BODY, #42-49 TOTAL BODY. The next several cards after the GUIDE are suggested workouts that are supposed to target different parts of the body: GLUTES, ABS, SHOULDER, ARMS & THIGHS.This all seems great at first, but then I realized that my cards are completely different. Mine are #1-10 CORE, #11-20 BACK, #21-30 TOTAL, #31-40 UPPER, & #41-50 LOWER. That means the 5 suggested workouts do not actually target what they claim to target. The GLUTES workout does give some work to the glutes, but it's NOT a glute-focused workout. This is misleading for people, especially those newer to exercise and fitness.

I like that the set came with a ring to keep them all together. They are well done and well organized. I like that the set has a workout sequence for each area of the body. They are clear and concise. The illustrations are helpful and there are written instructions on how to do each exercise on the back of the card. the cards also give you an idea of how much time it will take to complete the workout and an approximation of calories burned. You are also able to create your own workouts on the blank cards that are provided.

Just received these this morning and haven’t used yet. I’ve been going through them and like what I see. Quality of the cards is quite good imo. I put the ring through the hole before unwrapping the deck as it seemed to be an easier way to ensure I didn’t play “52 card pickupâ€, and I was right. I suggest doing that to everyone. I’m a 67 yr old female who just had a knee replacement with another one looming, so not all exercises are going to work or will need modifications. That’s very normal anyway so no issues there. I love the instructions given, especially the breathing guidance. I never seem to know when to inhale or exhale, so I’m happy to have this info (if you’re like me you realize you’ve been holding your breath instead of breathing correctly). The deck is broken down by target area and intensity going from easy to hard. I’m very much looking forward to seeing what I can do after years of neglecting myself.

The deck has a good range of beginner to advanced exercises. You can get a great workout by choosing a few cards each for core, upper body, and lower body and going through the whole set three times. The illustrations are pretty good and it's not hard to figure out how to do the exercises. I really like that each card has a full body illustration that clearly shows which muscles are being targeted.
