If you're looking for a good retractable fly swatter, this one works well. It feels a bit flimsy but that's what makes it works so well. Just keep it out of reach of toddlers or they will end up breaking them. Other than that, I would encourage anyone interested in a good fly swatter to buy this one. Good quality and the price is right.

Best flyswatter that I’ve ever bought. Perfect design: it telescopes to the length I want, has just the right heft, the swatter head has the right give - not too flexible or stiff, feels as good as a conductor’s baton in my hand, and works like a charm.

They are a fly swatter and they swat flies... they seem to work just fine, but worried about the longevity of the telescoping handles.

This is a heavy duty, sturdy, fly-swatter – and certainly gets the job done! The color is very nice, although who really cares about that…It is, after all is said and done, just a flyswatter, after-all. I use these swatters indoors and appreciate the telescoping handle. In my opinion, you can be very accurate and deliver a much stronger, direct, lethal, “swat†when the handle is in the short mode. (So far, after a few days, I’m 3 for 3 – a trifecta - in the bug rout campaign!) The ONLY thing I would recommend to the manufacturer of this swatter is to include a hole, or some sort of attachment, in the handle so you could hang it up.

These flyswatters do stand like an antenna and get pretty long. However, as soon as I opened the package and extended one of them, it came apart and was broken. The other one seems to be holding together pretty good. I guess it’s one of those situations you get what you pay for.

STOP THE PRESSES! I have edited this review 2X. This is the bottom line. The product snapped after upon use. Originally I thought the handle length was too short, but then realized it telescopes out. So my review was adjusted. But then upon it took only one day of light use before the had snapped off from regular use! I was attracted by the price, but the product is now useless. I want a refund. :-(
