I have a 13 year old LG washer that worked perfectly until the drain hose split apart spilling water all over the laundry room floor. Since that part was no longer available from LG, I tried Amazon. Found the exact part, had it installed and now the washer functions beautifully.

I tried tubbing from ACE and it worked but the tubing wasn't flexible enough so it threw the washer off balance. This causes error messages on my washer. I finally gave in and bought the part and it's been perfect. So lesson learned just buy the right part.

Great replacement for our washer machine once our hose was cracked however, the clamps don’t hold for beans!! Water leaked everywhere in our house and ceilings below. The clamps didn’t hold they need to be glued and zip tied!

Went to do a load of laundry and then came the flood. Found out it was coming from the hose. Ordered this one but it actually came with a hole in it exactly where mine was damaged, weird right? Told amazon and of course they made it right. They shipped another 1 out immediately and it was perfect. No flooding now!
