How does the valve work?
The valve is controlled by a control diaphragm chamber and a float. The valve will let water flow through it when it is connected to a water source until the water reaches the bottom of the valve. The float inside the valve rises as the water level does, allowing the diaphragm chamber to fill and the valve to close.

- Positive shut off feature functions in a 5 psi to 150 psi water pressure range.
Filter
Silicone material Filter can filter most of the suspended solids in the water to make the water clearer.
Valve body
The valve body is made of strong nylon resin that resists corrosion, UV radiation and other forms of damage.
Float
The valve float is made of high quality ABS for long lasting.
Water Level Control
Designed to maintain a constant water level. As the water level rises and falls, the float valve opens and closes to regulate the flow of water.
Automatic Filling
The valve can be used to automatically fill the tank or sink with water as needed.
No More Overflow
By regulating water flow, the Water Tank Valve can help conserve water and prevent overflows.
Step 1
Use plumber's Teflon tape on the threads of the water supply pipe.
Step 2
Connecting auxiliary fittings and float valves.
Step 3
Install the float valve into the tank and make sure the valve cannot be submerged.
Step 4
Screw the Hudson valve onto the water supply line; hand-tight only.

With a little ingenuity made it my pool keeper. My pool water is further from the deck so I attached it to my old pool keeper body, so for a few dollars saved a hundred and kept my pool water at the level I wanted.
