Great product for price but seems to be slightly wobbly. It's not super bad but thought you should know. Easy to assemble. About a foot off the ground. Decline seems a little lower than I'd like but I make it work.

Love it. Combined with a few dumbbells and quick research on the web for exercises, you can really get your money's worth out of it. Easy to assemble, easy to adjust. Strongly recommended.

I gave it a 5 star because I am reviewing the product. I did have missing parts.I’ve trained on this bench for a few days with no problems at all. It’s very sturdy and easy to adjust into different positions. I was a little disappointed in description saying it has a declined angel. The original bench does decline but the upgraded bench that I purchased does not. It will decline to the floor but it’s to far declined for anything other than sit ups.Folding it up for storage was a little tricky at first but it got easier. A great addition to my home gym.This is a great bench for beginners at a great price. I highly recommend it.The problem I did have was the roller pads for the foot rollers were missing and there was no instructions of any kind. It was easy enough to figure out assembly from the image because but what you see in the image is all that was in the box.Tip: when installing the bench feet don’t tighten it to far, it will start to crush the metal foot piece.

El material parece resistente, veremos con el tiempo como se va adaptando pero por el momento funciona muy bien, los materiales del forro del respaldo y la silla se ven buenos, todo llego en buenas condiciones, el banco es muy estable y no se mueve cuando estas haciendo ejercicio, después de un tiempo y con el usó actualizaré mi opinión pero por el momento es muy útil y funcionable el banco para pesas, recomendado!!!Yo peso aproximadamente 80 kg y cargo unos 30 kg y resiste bien el banco, no he notado que se mueva o tambalee al momento del trabajo
