I am a fan of WEN products. They are sturdy, great value and great quality.My expectation of this router was equally as impressive. The build quality is amazing! It is a heavier router but for may jobs that is what you need.The included edge guide is often an "extra" cost with other brands. The included case is amazing and fits the router perfectly!Thanks for another great WEN tool, WEN.

I wasn’t expecting too much with this router. But am pleasantly surprised how well it’s working. I purchased this to do some “slab†flattening. I’ve done a few projects now and it’s worked perfectly. Yes the base and parts are stamped metal and not machined to a smooth finish in some areas. But over all has worked flawless. I would guess I have 10hrs run time on the router.

This worked until it didn't. It was working one minute then it just died. I got about 3 uses out of it. Also frustrated that there is no way to have it run without holding the trigger.I need to update this Customer service was second to none for this. Upon contact they sent a label to send it back and sent me a new one.
