Bought two of these fans for my guest cottage. Price, features and style were big purchasing factors. Assembly was a breeze compared to other units I've worked with. Unfortunately I started the installation early evening after a long day. I dropped the first unit and broke four blades. Emailed the company asking how to purchase just blades. I received a response within a few hours asking to send a picture of the broken blades. While taking the picture I realized that I had also cracked the light lens and asked about purchasing a replacement with the blades. Within an hour I had a response saying they would ship me replacement parts for free! 2 days later I received a complete fan, which was great because I also discovered i had dented the fan housing. This incredible customer service coupled with how sleak the fans look resulted in my ordering six more to replace the fans in the main house. What a great purchase and replacement experience!!

We needed a low profile fan to clear our canopy bed frame, and this one seemed to fit the bill. We ended up having an electrician install it as my husband didn't feel comfortable with the older wiring and mounts in our century home, but the electrician got it working no problem and seemed kind of impressed with the features.It's a quiet fan even on higher settings and the adjustable led brightness and hues have been a welcome feature.It was not at all clear how to set up the app, but it works the same way as the remote. Having to press the sync button as it first gets turned on.One downside I did find is my husband and I were not able to BOTH have the app set up on our phones. syncing his boots mine off and vice versa. That said, you can have the remote and the app at the same time, so we just keep the remote on his side and I use the app when necessary.

I am completely pleased with this fan, the installation, and a wide range of options. I’ve installed dozens of fans over the years and this fan was the best. These days, most fans you buy come disassembled for efficient packaging/shipping, so assembly will take some time. Instead of the typical ball mounting bracket that only secures with two screws and easily wobbles, this comes with a wide mounting bracket and a wiring terminal block. The bracket mounts very securely to a standard junction box, but wood screws and even cement anchors are provided. My old fan perpetually wobbled after multiple adjustments. This fan is extremely stable. The wire terminal block allows you to connect your house wiring and the controller without having to hold the fan. The entire fan is assembled on the ground, then can be hung on the mounting bracket to allow you to easily push-in the two wiring harness connectors. The fan has a remote control to easily control the 6-speed settings and the light which can be dimmed or is CCT (white color) adjustable to match the other lighting in your room. The fan is very low profile which makes it great for rooms with low ceilings. My only knock would be the instructions could be a bit better. The blades mount with 3-screws and the typical nylon washers are provided, however, using the nylon washers wasn’t explicitly called out in the instructions.The fan has the option of using the remote control or using an app. The connection is bluetooth not wifi. You download the app with the QR code provided in the instruction manual and nowhere is it stated what the actual app is (FanLamp Pro). It was a bit confusing what steps you are supposed to take to install because there isn't any other information in the manual. There IS more information once you download the app and there is an instruction menu item that gives more detail but it's very simple to connect actually.Download the app (FanLamp Pro) from your app store or use the QR code and add a device (and name it).Power the fan on and within 5 seconds choose the 'button' that has the circles with the bluetooth symbol (in the app). The light on the fan will fade out fade in and you're connected. The app provides lots of options and that "instruction" menu item gives an explanation of what each of the icons means.(we liked this one so much we bought another!)

For a large fan, this was super easy to install. It has the options for using the white blades or flipping them over for a wood stain blade. The lighting is LED with so many different options. Warm, cool, natural light options with brightness and dimming options for all. The remote is super handy. It has the ability to control every feature all on the remote. It even has a natural wind option for the fan. Even on level 1, the fan gives quite to airflow. I'm impressed with the functionality and ease of use. So quiet, almost silent. I love that you can even set it on a night light option for a super low light at night and even a 2 hr timer setting. Very neat fan/light.

When it comes to light fixtures and ceiling fans, there seems to be an option for every budget. What really sets certain models apart, however, is the overall value for the money.Here is such an example. It's not terribly expensive and yet the quality is probably a bit better than you'd expect for the price.I really like the reversible colour options on the fan blades. That means I can make it work in a situation where I need to relocate it or redecorate the room.I note the bearings on the fan are very smooth and move with hardly any friction. That is normally the sign of a fan that should last a while, though of course, time will tell.The remote is easy enough to use and while I see that there is also an app I do think the remote itself is more than up to the task of controlling the fan.For the price, I think this is a fine choice if the overall style works for you.

It's a slick looking ceiling fan. It isn't too heavy so I was able to install it in our bedroom. The light strength I wish was stronger but it's still decently bright. It moves so much air though and it's also reversible. Quality of this fan is really great. Doesn't feel cheap at all and there is no wobble when spinning. Highly recommend this ceiling fan!

Installé dans ma chambre, ce ventilateur fait exactement ce que j’attendais : bonne circulation d'air en restant silencieux, même à pleine vitesse. Un design épuré. Les lumières ajustables une bonne ambiances. L’option réversible est pratique pour s’adapter aux saisons, et la télécommande est simple à utiliser. Seul petit bémol, l’installation prend un peu de temps, mais c'est la réalité pour tout installation de ventillateur. Il fonctionne à merveille.
