I've been using Whiteside router bits for thirty years and never had the slightest problem with any of them them -- some used very heavily. I've used others, of course, some good, some not so good, but I automatically buy Whiteside if I can get them.This rabbeting bit was as represented, in good condition in original packaging when received.

Awesome bit. Used it to cut some maloof joints. The joint mated perfectly with a 3/4" roundover bit on the female piece.
