Every member of our family has this utensil because it's an excellent 1-and-done tool for making guacamole. I use mine for making mashed potatoes and cutting soft-rind fruit (apples, pears, oranges). It's rugged enough to handle the abuse I put it through. I wouldn't say it could hold up against tougher rinds (melons, etc.) or for mashing undercooked potatoes. This utensil has it's perfect home in my drawer for the rest of my cooking days, for sure!

I’m a custom bait painter (fishing lures) and when I paint bluegill patterns I used the curved side. I hold the lure in my palm and keep this tool held down on it with my thumb. A quick pass with the airbrush and I’m good to go. No tape no nothing. This tool is priceless. Thank you
