So much better than I expected. Wanted a small pressing mat to iron quilt blocks or other small projects next to sewing machine without having to get up and down to ironing board. Two sizes, and an unexpected and super nice surprise extra inclusion. Worked great when I slipped the larger one under a huge (15 foot by 4 foot) table cloth on the table to shuffle anround iron for thanksgiving. I will use these often and the bonus gift amazing. New Zealand wool, great quality, thickness etc.

I replaced my traditional ironing board with a cutting table and this wool pad. So far, it has worked very well and has freed up my workspace for other uses when I'm cutting and organizing. I love the medium size and the small size for traveling to quilting class.
