Works as intended, you'll need to look up a spec sheet, but it's pretty straight forward. Rx goes to the Tx on your device, and Tx to Rx, you then need to decide if Vcc will supply 5v or 3.3v with the jumper on the board. Was able to use CoolTerm app to connect to it through USB, send and receive text.

I purchased this item to update the firmware on my ISDT chargers and it got successfully done using this product. Worked great and came with everything shown

Ordered this twice as the first one was missing the male to female jumper wires.Second one received was also missing the wires so not confident they even come with the product
