It works really well. But it would be better if it had a backing so the salt doesn't get thrown all over your ATV. And the hooks to mount the spreader are smaller then what I needed.

This did not hold wieght it suggested, screws very week on bars.

The ad states this spreader has a capacity of 80lbs. Completely false. The picture does make it look larger. The motor and its mounting bracket are inside hopper. Even if motor was mounted outside the hopper it WOULD NOT anywhere hold close to 80lbs. 30 pounds of Rye grass and it was full! And also about the same with wheat. Can’t believe companies are like this

little flimsy but for price it is expected. Works good for planting fine seeds and also as a feeder for larger grains.
