These are perfect! They are the right length. They have very nice handles that are so grippy and this makes these helpful for more than just Yoga. These are great for beginners trying to establish balance or go deeper into poses. Or the same for anyone else or even elders. I think the durability is very high on these the weight shows a very high quality and this design shows the strengths and attributes lasting a long time in my opinion.Thank you

This review is for the Huangyunming yoga stick 5ft sturdy steel adjustable stretching stick. The Good: Variable length, very sturdy, comfortable rubber grips. The Bad: The metal is very smooth, makes disassembly a bit of a challenge. The Ugly: Nothing. The Long Review: My primary reason for picking this item up, was to use for flexibility training, especially for working on extending my arms upward behind my back, and for doing torso twists. Both of these activities require your grip to be at various positions, the one with hands closer together, the other with them farther apart. This item fits the bill, being capable of going from 2ft to 5ft in 1ft increments. I think the design concept of this is brilliant and makes it a "One product fits most" solution. However, the steel is smooth and a little slick, which can make breakdown for storage a little bit of a challenge, as well as making it a bit harder to change lengths.I did finally resolve this issue by making sure my hands were not *dry*. As I'm testing this out in the winter months, my hands turn dust-level dry. It's annoying. But, if I simply washed my hands, dried them off, there was enough residue "dampness" that I was able to much easily grip the metal and unscrew the rods.As for use, it's really fantastic. There's no give, no bend, it's definitely sturdy enough for a big guy like me to use in flexibility training and PT, it should be good for just about anyone.I really appreciated the rubber grips, they're very comfortable and have just the perfect give and tackiness to them. While I have no interest in transporting this to and from a class, for example, the storage back that it came with was a "nice to have" feature, although my only concern with that would be metal-on-metal contact tends to wind up scraping the finish off pieces. Time and transport will tell the story on that, but a simple thin towel used as a divider wrap would resolve that issue quickly and make it a moot point.Final Thoughts: With proper care, and an ounce of prevention, I think this is a product that should serve you well for a long time.

This yoga stick is built with some serious substance! I’m truly impressed by the quality of the steel bars. They are remarkably sturdy and connect together seamlessly without much effort. Durable thick rubber caps protect the ends and won’t slip during use. Once assembled, the stick has quite a bit of weight to it that is reassuring. I especially appreciate being able to adjust the length by simply removing a rung to customize it. Overall, I think this yoga stick is a great choice for both home practice and on-the-go fitness. It’s strong enough to support my weight, is adjustable, and can be easily disassembled for travel.

I'd never encountered anything like this before and I'm so glad I have now. It's so durable and versatile. You can do so many other variations of exercises with it that I would have never thought of! Good weight and great design. The length is just right too.

I’ve never had a yoga stick before but I am learning about all the different things you can do with them! There are lots of articles and videos about them. I can hold them upright and lean into them for stretches, or put them across my shoulders for great twisting exercises, and so much more! I even tried holding on to it while jumping on a rebounder, which totally worked! It’s fun and open for creative interpretation! The stick itself is amazing quality. Thick steel rod sections screw together at various lengths up to 5’ long. When put together, the bar is smooth and you can barely feel the divisions between the sections. The rod is incredibly strong and doesn’t bend. The two ends have cushiony, grippy, rubber handles that don’t slip even when my hands are sweaty. The ends are flat so you can put them against the floor or a wall. The stick comes with a light bag in case you want to take it apart and take it with you.
