I like to go to the park and fly a kite for a while, but when we are ready to go I never want to reel the kite back in. I just find a willing kid to hand it to and walk away. Now I have several extra rolls of string with a winder to give away. Now I need to find a good deal on 10-12 kites.

It's always handy to have extra string. These are great for kite flying. The handle is sturdy (better than I expected), and fits kids hands as well as adult hands. I also keep a couple of these in my toolkit for keeping extra string for misc projects.

I wasn't expecting much given the price point, but I was expecting to get the same item shown and somewhere close to the size given in the description...The description as well as the packaging they came in statethat the handles are 4.53 inches wide...However, unless my calipers are broken; they are just on the edge of 3.5 inches...Definitely not for the average size adult, and closer to something that would fit an eight year old...Will be returning...Unfortunately it's going to take an hour of my life to take the packaging to the UPS drop off point...Was really hoping these would of worked for making some packable fishing rigs...Oh well...
