We took this rock hounding for crystals in Arkansas for 10 hours straight. Everything worked great! The tools are very durable and so is the bag. I highly recommend.

I was so excited to get this and head to the quarry with my group, but then I had to go and get stitches and was told not to go anywhere dusty and dirty for a few days so I stayed home. But the kit is awesome! Basically everything you need for a fossil dig other than a bottle of water! Nice quality, the bag is sturdy and strong. Great product!

Imagine a rock hammer arriving in poor condition. How can that happen. Everything was loose in Box so of course it slammed around a lot in shipping. The main damage was the end of the metal shovel which holds a compass. The handle was bent and causes the compass on the end to not be in working order. On the bright side I like all the different items included and the carrying case is made out of strong canvas material which is needed.

I found all the tools included in this bag to be very useful, and good quality. The Bag is very roomy and sturdy, I'm sure it will hold up well. That said, it is very stiff canvas! So I am going to wash it and see if some of that stiffness comes out, as it's rather uncomfortable to carry. It is not thin, it's nice thick canvas, so it should hold up well....just a little too stiff for me.
