- After buying the product, please use it while charging.

- When spot welding, please make sure to press hard on the material, so that your material and the metal part of the battery are close to each other with no gap, if there is a gap, it may make your material and the battery have a very big hole, or even spot through the battery.
- If you want to use it to add length to your battery lugs, please put a flat thing under your battery, you can't just put nickel sheets on top of the lugs and spot weld them directly, you need a flat thing under the lugs to place the lugs.
- This is a high power spot welder, there will be a small amount of sparks generated during the spot welding process, so it is recommended to wear goggles.

2.4 Inches LCD Display Screen
The display screen has a 2.4-inch display and is equipped with a UI in 7 languages, which basically matches your local language.
The actual pulse time(welding power) grade, Mode and Gear are displayed on the LCD screen.

Here are a few suggestions that we hope can help you.
1.We have equipped 3 pairs of spot welding pen tips. When installing the pen tips, please install them firmly. If they are not installed firmly, spot welding may not be possible.
2.When there is too much spark during spot welding, please use a file to friction the spot welding pen. The reason for excessive sparks is that the gear is too high, the spot welding pen is severely oxidized, and the power of the spot welding pen is too high.
3.If you use it for a long time, it may cause the temperature of the spot welding machine to be too high, causing the output function of the spot welding machine to be temporarily turned off and unable to work. Please wait for the machine to cool down before restarting. Because the machine is equipped with high temperature protection measures. If the temperature is too high, it may cause the machine to not work.
4. The most important thing is for you to practice multiple times and become familiar with the product. Please gradually familiarize yourself with the minimum gear and wear protective equipment when using it.

Fantastic spot welder for my hobby work! After trying a cheaper machine, and returning it after the first job because it fell apart, I have been very pleased with this welder.The first thing I liked was the probes. The probes on this machine worked easily and flexed nicely. This compared to the previous machine which had stiff, bulky monsters.The second thing I liked was the power. I was constructing a battery pack and used 0.2 mm x 8.0 mm pure nickel and it welded perfectly. I did spend a bit of time getting the settings established, but from that point on it worked perfectly.The power supply is an external brick type rated at 9V 15A which was satisfactory and bigger than my previous unit. It has a quiet fan.The fit and finish of this unit is nice and came with the obligatory file, some nickel strip, a battery building jig and two sets of replacement tips.I cannot speak of how this unit would work in a professional production environment, but I did not notice any degradation of performance for my use.The interface is a color LCD display with selector buttons. I would rather have a knob rather than tap tapping buttons to scroll around, but this is minor.The manual is garbage. I would have liked a better manual that explained more of the options, but I think you just play around a bit and you will figure it out well enough.This unit was a pricier than most of the other units available. Believe me I thought about this, but after building my first pack I am not upset I bought this unit.

I have not reached even close to have power with this thing yet. It will chunks of the .2mm Nickel strips at 30% power. I really like it so far. I sure hope it holds up. it seems well built and the leads are impressive.

Well built spot welder. Comes with an operators manual. Easily adjust weld intensity, trigger time etc. You can use the pedal to trigger the weld or you can set it up to automatically to weld when the 2 probes are touched down. Does exactly what it is suppose to do and does it without a hiccup. So I am happy with the unit

Very well made and designed. It provides a strong a nd precise weld, it works quickly and I have not experienced over heating or burn through. Very good product, instructions are adequate, it is packaged well, compact and fittings and attachments are robust and sturdy. The leads for the welding probes are of good length and nice and flexible. Well made.
