For some unknown reason I was unaware of this nifty, time saver and very convenient item. Forget stud finders, this is the simplest way to go. Wasn't sure if they were going to be some cheap plastic thing but not at all, sturdy made and nice size too, along with strong magnetic pull which is needed. Love these

This is a very effective tool. When hanging pictures or TV mounts you are able to find the best placement. This product is easy to use and does not need batteries. Great product and value, very fast with solid magnet strength.

I rated this four stars. If your wall thickness exceeds 1/2†or any product other than sheet rock. This product may not work as advertised.

The magnetic isn’t that strong to penetrate to find all the nails or screw. It did find few I got my job done.

It did not easily find studs but another brand found them. There is not any technology involved as strength of magnet is only factor and is very weak. Don’t waste time and money.

The amount of times I’ve pounded nail after nail trying to find a stud is more than I can count. Just cover it up with a picture right? WRONG! Until you change out frames and your husband sees the damage. Whoops! I had to buy one and it’s exactly what I needed!
