Item showed up on time and is just as described. Works perfectly on my project. Item is very inexpensive and made from good quality material and works better than others that cost a fortune. I would definitely recommend.

Does what it's supposed to, but the fingers that grab onto the coil are a bit bulky and took some persuading to get out once in the installed position.

This spring compressor is great for a shade tree mechanic or a full time mechanic and everyone in between. They’re pretty heavy and feel well made and the threads are smooth and easy to adjust. They also come in a nice case for easy storage which is pretty standard but still nice. There’s not much else to say this is a basic tool but it works. What else is there to say besides Get Em.

Don't die! These are a must have for changing struts, no more risking my life trying to get springs off without the right tool

The spring compressors come in a nice blow mold case. The threads seem cut well, has a washer at the top of the screw head to help it turn when under pressure. I really like the ball spring safety lock pins. The joke is we all call this type tool a "widow makers" but be realistic, these are best suited for compact cars. Don't try to do the springs on a half ton pick-up truck and you won't take your head off.The push pin safeties are far more convenient than the old hooks, chains and wing nuts.Love 'em.
