Even though the pole is split into short pieces, they go together easily and once assembled it seems to be sufficiently rigid. We haven't used it yet but I think it will be perfect for removing leaves fro our small pond. The net is deep enough to keep leaves from sliding off yet shallow enough to make emptying the debris easily.

This was just what we needed to get all the debris out of our pop up intex pool. I love that you can customize the length of the pole, we dont need the full length for our 12' pool. The head is a little flimsy but again, for our use it's perfect, and I was able to get a good whirlpool going with it to get all the bottom debris to t he middle. Then a simple scoop with this skimmer and the pool was all clean

Pole bends when skimming the water, so not very sturdy. Gets the job done, but it is not the strongest net or pole.

It slightly bends while you use it. It breaks down into sections which was nice for storage.

This is a fine skimmer & as listed. But, the handle/tube is pretty thin for how long it is. Just hard to pick up very many leaves at a time out of the koi pond. It's cheap, so does ok for the price
