The concept of what this is used for is correct. You use it to trim the edges of your yard. That’s the only reason it’s getting 3 stars. The handle of this thing is awful. I mean so bad that my husband tossed it across the yard. If you knew my husband you would know this is so unlike him. The screws just unscrew on their own. Once that happens the handle becomes useless. You have to keep screwing them into place. It’s supposed to have a cushion grip, but if plastic is cushioned then we have differences of opinions. My husband is hoping he can maybe find a different handle that will work, but honestly, he gave up on this junk when he tossed it. It’s over. He will use his old rusted one that still works perfect after 20 years.

I'm using this convenient portable lawn trimmer for my personal use. I would say that the assembly process is simple. The pole is strong and durable and made from metal. The pole is a lot longer than I would have expected it to be. I feel that the price is fair for the product I received. Cuts through shorter lawn over grow fairly easily. The trimmer can be broken down and stored in a small convenient area. I would highly recommend for its unique design and overall performance.

The edger works well, but the screw-together thin metal tube handle flexes a lot and constantly loosens up. They probably made the multi-piece handle so that it would fit in a smaller box, but it's really annoying to use

Did not have a cushion grip as described. Instead, It was a 4 1/2in. hard plastic handle end. The manual rotary edger itself seems to works nicely, however annoyingly, the 3 screw together sections of the hollow handle are constantly unscrewing while using the tool, which is very disturbing to say the least. It doesn't matter how tightly they are attached. So, I would suggest that the manufacturer add screws through those connections to give it more holding support. Otherwise, it is a constant battle with the handle even though the rotary part may work.
