This bench had the best price of all the other ones on Amazon. I figured I’d give it a try and I love it! It’s very sturdy and as a 260 lb man I can lay on it and workout with confidence. Instructions could be a bit clearer, but it’s very easy to assemble with a bit of common sense.My favorite part is how little room it takes up when folded.

I’m 5’9 and weigh 150 and this is a great bench for me that I can fit on completely when doing chest press. Easy to adjust quickly while working out.

For me it's practical, compact and I can easily store it in a closet. Fitment to body, me being 200lbs very comfortable and sturdy. 15-20min a day of free weights, ideally fits my schedule. Pick one up or even 2

I want to like this bench. The price is right and it gets the job done. But I don’t think I would buy it again.Dislikes:1. The mechanism for raising the back up and down is clunky and rough. My last bench it was incredibly simple to adjust raise or lower the bench. When you raise the back, the part that slides up and down the bar is rough with to much friction. I tried oiling the bar a bit and that did not work. I literally have to pick the bench up in a weird position to force the back up and down. It’s a process every time I want to adjust it and not something I want to deal with while working out.2. The quality of the “leatherâ€. I don’t see this lasting long and I do see it quickly wearing down. My last bench had good leather on it. This does not compare.Likes1. I do like the adjustable preacher bar pad. My last bench did not have one. It does help with curls a lot.2. It is light and easy to move around. Even though it is light, it is surprisingly sturdy.3. I like the positioning of the footrest part. It is good for stabilizing you for ab workoutsAs I said earlier, I want to like it, but the trouble it gives when moving the back up and down makes this a pass for me.

I’m enjoying the my new exercise bench. Good quality. Inclines and declines. Only issue would say: assemble instructions were not clear, but I figured it out.

I purchased this for home use. I'm 180lb so far there has been no issues. It is easy to assemble. Resistance bands are trash. IJS
