These blades work very well, so far. They fit an old version of my Fiskars just fine. It's very easy to swap them, too, as the nuts and bolts come off easy with a couple of wrenches. The blades seem reasonably sharp but, of course, they can't be made too sharp as they would then blunt too quickly. These are high carbon steel, though, so they are much harder and stronger than stainless steel, so they should hold their sharpness much longer, as long as they don't chip. They can, though, rust, but wiping a little oil on them when you are done will stop that. And maybe the PTFE finish will help, too.All in all, i am very happy with these so far

This is a solid replacement blade for lopers and fit my Fiskar's brand lopper quite well. I didn't see any instructions but was able to remove the old blade using a wrench and 10mm socket. The new blade worked well on green wood and dead wood. Its a tad unusual in that its got a thick non stick coating and the blade is not particularly sharp at all. What is though is very, very hard steel and that is enough to cut 2 inch branches easily. The non stick coating feels like plastic and should prevent rust for sometime but I suspect might eventually wear off. The fit is good and getting two blades is a great value as it will last you a long time.

I have an old gear driven loper that I couldn't get to sharpen any longer. This is the corret size I needed and I can wait to try it out while I am doing my spring garden cleaning! I like that fact that it has 3 pieces in the package, so when I can no longer use the one I have put on I can simplly replace it. I did not realize that new blades were available for these! This gear driven loper is one of my most valued garden tools so I am very happy to have found threse replacement baldes!
