First item did not work. Customer service was thorough and professional. After verifying this wasn’t an issue with user error, they shipped a new unit and informed that I needn’t return the nonfunctional unit. New unit works well.

Great for removing sand from flat surface pools. Does not climb walls or work on steep slopes. Runs longer than expected as well.Great price

I’ve had this unit for about a week and have used it daily to vacuum out my vinyl lined in-ground pool. It works pretty well and does a fine job at picking up small particles and leaves at the bottom. It does take a while to charge and doesn’t last 90 min as advertised. It lasts more like 40 min. Overall this is a good unit for that money. Even if it just lasts one pool season, we will be happy.

When I plugged it in, it showed the solid green light on the charger indicating a full charge. When I pressed the on button it beeped and I put it in the pool. It did nothing. I pulled it out and realized it was beeping every couple of seconds - maybe it wasn't charged up after all? I left it plugged in overnight. Next morning pressed the button to try again. Long beep every couple of seconds. Put it in the pool just in case. Nothing. Be aware that this product (at least for me) does not allow for box-less, label-less returns so I ended up paying for label printing and packing box to return. What a waste of time and money.Update: Seller sent me a Scuba E1 pool vacuum, which I tried for the first time today. It does work fairly well, and their customer service definitely gets points for sending a new unit for free when I'd already returned the defective one for a refund.

Great value for the job it does.This is not a smart style Vaccum but it does the job rather well regardless.It is light weight and has a handle on the back making it easy to pick up and remove for charging or for cleaning.Inside there is a fairly large mesh bag that holds the contents it vacuums from the pool. It is easy to empty.Easy to use. Turn on and place into the bottom of the pool and let it go. It cleans slowly but effectively.Shipping and delivery was fast.

Arrived undamaged and it turns on.I tried it in the bath since its winter to at least confirm that it both turns on and is able to clean by putting some paper in the water.Its easy to setup but it does take a little bit of time.It charges fairly quickly.I can't wait in the summer to put it in my pool!

Unfotunately I received this product in November when my pool was already closed, so a better review will be made next summer, but I have still tried it in a kid pool inside my garage just to see it work, and it had no problem picking up the sand i have put at the bottom. I don't know how t's going to perform on a big surface, but so far I am pretty pleased with he results.

Cleaning is straightforward—side latches easily unhook to access the removable filter screen for quick maintenance. The included hook for retrieval adds convenience.However, the handle is rigid with no flexibility, which could be improved for easier handling. The charging port's placement on the bottom seems impractical, requiring the unit to be flipped and fully dried to recharge. A waterproof covering for the port would address this concern. Despite these minor drawbacks, the cleaner is effective, leaving room for some improvements in its design.
