The bolt for the device adjust never fit, but I was about to place to tiestraps in place or that bolt and it works perfect. The remote however, is not always responsive for some reason, but overall, I am pleased.

I needed a large portable teleprompter for my media production company — one that could hold a 12.9" iPad Pro — and this one fit the bill PERFECTLY. It comes in a carrying case with plenty of foam padding and layers of protection. The prompter itself is made of solid metal and is very sturdy, and the hood and cable that tie around the lens are well constructed and give you plenty of fabric to work with, no matter how big your rig/lens might be. I couldn't be more happy with this product; it was exactly what we needed!

This works as described. It was easy to assemble and using my tablet with a teleprompter app, it reflected just fine off of the display area. The best part is that I was also able to mount my webcam behind the screen and everything turned out just the way I wanted. The price was definitely right.

Putting a 12.9' ipad works but the clamp is narrow and only goes down the middle. It's very easy to knock the ipad off the teleprompter. I made a cross bracket to hold it in place. Otherwise it's an adequate piece of equipment.

Overall it's fine for what I need. The shelf for the tablet or monitor would be better if it had a wider support but it seems stable enough. You may want to add some double sided tape to keep your device from getting knocked off. I use a monitor with a vesa mount holes and just add a strap to keep it put.The glass frame is a bit wobbly. I'm somewhat concerned so it will definitely be restricted to studio use.

Love this. It works exactly as I hoped. My only issue with it is the fabric that tightens around the lens can often get in the way, so it requires some adjusting to make sure it’s not obstructing the lens. The remote control also only works with their app, I was hoping it would work with the teleprompter app I already use.

First it didn’t work well. It didn’t seem safe having thousands of dollars of equipment on it. It was just wonky and wobbly. Even when everything was tight and perfect it was still loose. Wish these companies would spend 5 extra dollars and put some real metal and screws and such. On top of all that the plastic film that they put on the glass to protect it had a black line across the whole thing. When I took it off the line stayed on the glass. Tried cleaning it and it was permanent. Too bad I thought this was the right one. Definitely stay away!!!!

This is a terrific value for the price. Not only id the teleprompter solid but the remote and the software alone make the package a terrific deal. I am very happy with the purchase.

Overall poor quality item. There were parts missing as well. Returned and ordered from another supplier.

Nice build quality and ok application, which may be controlled with remote control. It`s a pleasure using it with Ipad - screen looks large and text looks clear. Remote itself feels cheap (because it is) and sometimes you may face some control glitches while using it. But overall that device makes your life much easier and process faster if you have to record a lot of talking heads.
