Instructions were clear and helpful (though be helpful for them to upload them on Amazon so you can see before buying what’s involved). Overall really happy the performance and the remote is exactly the same as the OEM and fits in the same holder.

My remote to my ceiling fan quit working. I contacted the manufacturer of my fan and they could not provide a replacement. I found the exact same remote on Amazon and it worked on first try.

I had a fan stop working in me and diagnosed as a bad reciever. Replaced the reciever through Dan's and had issues syncing the remote to it.Kept the ticket opened until a remote coukd come out and fixed the issue. Prices were good, everything works as intended and had a good experience with their support team.

Remote worked great at first. Paired up immediately. Then just stopped working after two months. Contacted the seller about an exchange. Haven’t heard back but will update if anything changes.
