This works great, it keeps the water temperature on point. Using this to start up my new 35 gallon saltwater aquarium.

This is so easy to use. Love the programmable thermometer display - my last heater didn't maintain a consistent temp and was stressing out my snails. And it's nice and flat, didn't take up precious space in my 3 gallon snail tank. One of my better choices.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because I don't know how long they, I have 3, will last. The 1st I got in May, a 25w and 2nd Jun 50w and another 50w Oct and they seem to work well keeping the temp within +/- 1 deg. The 25w I have in my wife's 2.5 gal betta tank (soon to be upgraded to 6 gal) and it's been down to 66 in the room but the tank stays between 78 and 79 with ease.

This heater is perfect! I like the clear visual of the digital numbers that you can see easily. It does heat one degree higher than what it reads, however I have found that all of the fish tank heaters I've used tend to do that. ( FYI: I check them with food/liquid thermometers that are accurate!) After this purchase, I will only be buying this heater!

The heater only works when submerged and can't overheat when in air. The controller has one button, and each push raises the set temperature by one degree Fahrenheit (visible in flashing numbers on the heater) until the set temperature reaches the maximum, and then it starts all over from the lowest temperature with additional pushes of the button. A few seconds after the temperature is set without further button pushes, the heater changes the temperature display to the surrounding temperature (solid light, no flashing). There is a small red LED showing when the heater is heating. It's simple, self-explanatory, and efficient

Works very good. Accurate for keeping the temperature. Easy to set up and Looks good in my 6 gal cube. Really liked how it’s slow managing the temperature, good for fish to adjust.Interesting for how long it will work. My Fluval heaters 5+ years and still working good.

worked okay for a little while, then I just happened upon it one day at the right time, the temp on the front will say 77 degrees while the water is actually 82 degrees and climbing. This will cook your fish, not worth the risk. Buy a reputable company's heater. I use this thing to heat up my water quickly in buckets for water changes.
