Works great! This tiny guy is compact and mounts on camera's flash mount (no electrical contact with camera).Unlike Sekonic light meter, you don't have to be close to object to meter, but may not work when you using studio flash. It's very well constructed and weights hefty - feels like solid piece of metal.Seems to be accurately metering. You can change between aperture priority and shutter priority, but I was not able to figure out how to change ISO. It always stays at 200, and I cannot seem to able to change it....However, the lowest aperture it can go is f/1. One of my old lens, Voigtlander nokton opens up to f/0.95, so I had to use f/1 to meter. Whish it can meter at faster aperture speed, but I understand not may lens out there has faster aperture than f/1, so it's not an issue for everyone. For landscape photography and general street photography, I think this is fantastic meter - tiny (smaller than small, LOL), easy to carry, and accurately meters.

The images in the listing make this thing look way bigger than it is. it is tiny as you can see in my images. The screen is pretty easy to read though since it is an OLED screen, it is also anti glare so you can read it in all light levels. The screen is a little small, most of it is still easy to read, however if you have poor eyesight you will need your glasses to read the tiniest stuff. It is amazing how crisp the little letters are though. These OLED screens are amazing little things. It has a hefty, high quality build feeling to it. It is all metal, even the selection wheel is metal. it weighs 59grams total. It is rechargeable via USB C port on the bottom. You will want to get a better USB C cable though because the supplied cable is only 6 inches long. I love that it is all metal because I drop things constantly and this feels like it will survive some drops, there is no way for the tiny screen to get broken unless you shoot it with a BB gun. LOL It fits on my camera pretty easy, but very snugly so it won't fall off easily. This feels like a quality little tool all in all. I wouldn't want it any bigger than it is either.

I switched, nearly exclusively, to medium format film photography a few months ago. Both of my medium format cameras are entirely mechanical, and have no batteries. That means no light meter, no automatic aperture, and no automatic shutter speed. For a while I used an iPhone app. That worked well enough, but without my phone in my pocket I couldn't really use my camera. Naturally, when I saw this light meter, I had to have it.It came within a couple days, and came in a tiny box. The build quality is great- it's a tiny little box with a single button, made (presumably) out of aluminum in a unibody design. A tiny OLED screen displays the settings you have set, and the aperture/shutter speed recommended. You can configure your light meter for aperture priority or shutter priority. In my experience, it has worked GREAT. The meter is accurate, it's built well and is easy and satisfying to use. I plan on getting another one for my other camera.
