The drill bits were used for project at church drilling 500 holes for plant plugs. We used two battery powered drills. It was easy for two people to drill and others to plant. Both bits worked well and have plenty of life left to drill holes at home for bulbs. Terrific purchase.

Auger drill bit set is robustly constructed and is a labor saver for small and large holes. The larger augercan be used to drill in medium hard soil repeatedly to produce a larger hole. Beware if rocks are under ground the auger can slip and cause injury, if not careful.

Seem to work fine. Just don't rush using them, especially when removing the bit from the ground. if removed slowly, the hole will be empty to put the plant in the ground.

For gardening this is wonderful, I drill down to the bottom of the raised bed, stop, pull up the drill bit and fill the hole full of compost, repeat making a pattern until the areas saturated with loose dirt and compost, it's a lot easier to do it this way than with a small garden shovel, the bit doesn't seem to get stuck either, it's a good thing to have for mixing up soil, well packaged, fast shipping, thank you
