Originally bought the black (which was so attractive) but it already had chips in it and it was too big. Exchanged it for the medium silver and it’s perfect. Needed to buy a metal collar because she’s chewed through four different collars.

This dog collar has a good weight - does not feel cheaply made. The color has a beautiful shine, and fits loosely and relaxed on my dog. She gets a lot of compliments with this collar on. The only drawback is that because of the loose fit, it can sometimes slide off when she bends her head down.

I have a cute Black Shar Pei. His name is Franco. This is a rock solid chain. Very strong. only issue for Franco is that it's too big. So I would say go on the smaller side. I am. My Rottie would have looked great in it.

I know this product has great reviews which is why I purchased this product. Product held up great but if you have a big hyper dog like me which is a Belgian Malinois DO NOT PURCHASE. Woke up this morning my dog had the collar stuck in his mouth behind his canines (teeth). The double welded chain link part that makes the chain thicker opened and was trapped in my pets mouth and the back piece where you put your leash was behind his head. Took my dog to the emergency room to have him sedated to use bolt cutters to remove this products faulty parts. Do not purchase !!

The small does not go up to 16 inchesI measured it and it’s 15inches. So while it is a great product for one of my dogs, it doesn’t work for my smaller dog. The medium is too big, but the small is too small. Her neck is 16inches, but her head is 17-18inches. The medium just doesn’t tighten enough.

I loved it so much I bought both sizes the extra large and the large it looks fabulous on my dogs I bought the 18 carat gold color and it looks beautiful with my brass Clips on my leashes

My first impression of this collar was it was nicely packed and when i took it out it was a nice solid collar well made,fit my dog perfectly,I Highly Recommend this collar well woth the price you pay,i could see a dog only needing this collar for the rest of their life and it's great that it comes with a Life Time Guarantee as well,haven't seen many collars out there with that as well ! Will update if anything changes.
