I’d give it zero stars if I could. Pump popped circuit breaker repeatedly after 45 seconds. Seller asked me to install new bearings in a pump that was only minutes old. Then asked me to remove the circuit breaker and run it without protection. Offered $7 refund on a $212 purchase. Asked me to shorten the cord. Asked me not to run it at 115 or 120 volts even though it’s advertised as 120volt pump. Pump draws 22.1 amps at 115v. That’s why the circuit breaker open after 45 seconds. Absolutely worthless pump. Cannot not be used.

- The module has wrong fuse size to run correctly.- customer srv is awful & their $15 refund on $185 item is a joke. Will only run 10 minutes before shutting off & having to push rest button the pump control module. They offered $15 refund SERIOUSLYWhen i contacted seller their advice....sorry to hear your problem. If the pump repeated tripping, pls kindly check the details as below,1. The load is too heavy and the current is too large to trip. There are foreign objects or sand in the water pump, causing it to get stuck. Foreign matter needs to be removed before operation.2. Turn-to-turn short circuit, this will also trip when the current is too large. Try changing the line.3. The bearing of the motor is broken, and the increase in rotation resistance causes jumping. Bearings need to be replaced.4. There is a lack of phase, and a certain phase of the contactor is in poor contact. It needs to be checked by a professional.5. If the water is too shallow, the water pump is not completely covered by the water, so it cannot get good heat dissipation, and the temperature of the motor will rise, which may also cause tripping. Just add more water.6. The power cord is too long and the line resistance is large. It is recommended to adjust the power cord appropriately.7. The rated current of the switch is too small. When the water pump runs for a period of time, the switch will trip due to overload. When selecting a switch, it must be ensured that the rated current of the switch is greater than the actual current of the submersible pump.Pls kindly double check above details.Or if possible, could you pls kindly ask professional to help you check it?If the problem can be solved, how about we issue you a partial of refund $15 as a discount?Waiting for your reply.Best regards
