Had a professional hvac company with a lot of pool heater experience install the unit. A certified electrician wired it. Nobody could get it to even turn over, much less pump heat. Emailed company in China that made it,was given the run around and "busy work" . Finally, they wanted me to rewire the whole unit.That is when I contacted Amazon for return/refund.Since the unit was now past 30 days, Amazon did not want to take it back, much less refunding the installation costs. So, something that was supposed to be a quick easy addition to my pool has been a complete disaster!!!You know what to do!!!!!

I bought it in May during my pool installation. Once it was installed in August, it was connected. There is nothing online on the manufacturer. The control app isn’t in the apple store. I set it to 104 and the water comes out ice cold. Major product FAIL.

Wasn’t until I physically removed the electrical cover to see that it wasn’t 220v (line 1/line 2) as in what domestic appliances but it’s only hook up is a single 220v line.

Washington state electrical inspector would not allow connection to electrical because Doel units have no National Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) or UL listing certification. Don't spend a lot of money on these Chinese manufactured units unless you do the research first to know your state or municipality will allow it. Amazon won't return your money.

Efficient, quiet and cost effective.Easy to install,with hose adapters and condensate drain pipe provided.Try to install it by myself, have problems about wire connection the breaker. Contact the seller and get quickly and effective response, hook two hot line to L and N, ground to G(requires 220-240V voltage). Very great customer service.All i need to do is connecting it and setting the temperature. Otherwise, no need to mess with the settings! It will run when your pump is running and shut off automatically when it's not(needs to modify one parameter).
