This product does say international. What is important to know that I did not, is it is not a US product. What that means is HikVision north American technical support will not support you. They only support NVR's that are North American products. I will not be able to get firmware and software upgrades unless I stumble through the global site. No idea what country this came from. Very disappointed that this was not made more clear when I bought it. Could have spy crap in it. Who knows. Also, was not plug and play when I set it up. Took weeks of fumbling through the network configuration.

The description was misleading since it did not include a hard drive. Great that it works with our cameras, but unable to record anything.

I bought this 16 ports nvr to replace a 8 ports nvr, the all system works fine before, but with the new nvr, couple cameras doesn’t work anymore, all cameras are Hikvision, bad experience
