Tips
1. The fiber head should be clean when the tester is working, For LC/MU interferes, you need to buy an additional conversion adapter.

I tested this VFL on fiber optic cables about 10 miles in length and it worked great. I'd post a photo of it here, but my VFL "disappeared" and whoever borrowed it from my tool bag hasn't returned it yet! Pro Tip: Place a durable label on this VFL with your name and phone number on it to help it find it's way back to you.

This will ruby red at least 15-20km, using shorter distances is great and easy to find in a tray.

Lasted a couple weeks now it doesn’t work. Poor quality, disappointed. Maybe I’ll look to another brand next time
