I don't have much to say. It works as intended. It takes punches and even a flurry of kicks. It's easy to adjust (which I would recommend putting at chest level.) I had slight air leakage, but for me, this isn't a concern. Like a basketball, you will have to pump it after constant use. It's easy and only took me thirty seconds. TLDR, the title summarizes my feelings, it's worth the price and will serve me just fine. I recommend it.

Bag was good at first. Bladder got a little flat after awhile, which is fine, but then I went to fill it up and the nozzle got pushed inside of the leather exterior bag. I can’t get it back out.Now I’m trying to figure out how to untie the side stitching to access the bladder but can’t figure that out. I could maybe rip it open with a little bit of force but I don’t think I could ever put it back together again.So what what the design idea here? Build the bag, insert the bladder, seal it off forever, and just hope the bladder never breaks or that the nozzle never pokes inside and gets lost? I don’t think this was designed for the long term, just a quick sell and review.

I used to have a similar one, but it often leaked air, and I had to recharge it every one or two days. So I often thought to replace it, then I saw this product on the Internet, The introduction said it was double-layered, and I saw the easily adjust is relatively novel and convenient. So I placed an order. I seldom comment on the things I bought, but I still think I should recommend this good product, which is worth the money. It is especially suitable for beginners and children.
