This safe is solid and made of heavy duty material. I was amazed on how it’s made, for the price. The only thing I had an issue with was setting the code, pretty much the initial set up. Instructions are confusing but after many tries, I was able to set it to my preference.

I was skeptical about buying this after reading the reviews about how complex the directions are. Honestly the directions are spot on. There is just alot you can do as far as changing the preexisting master code and adding users pins and finger prints. I added 2 pins and 4 finger prints (2 fingers per person) and it took me less than 30mins. I messed up a few times but it was because I forgot a step or hit a button I wasn't suppose to.Also, don't put the safe on charge right out of the box. It needs batteries put it first. I had it on charge for 3 hours before I started messing with it to realize this. Once again, read the instructions, they are clear, you just got to read them.

Sturdy and spacious safe for how small it is. Instructions are not very clear, so it took me way longer than it should have to set up a key code and fingerprint

Cant program a user code or fingerprint. Followed directions to the T. Does not light up per instructions when its supposed to. Do not buy, its a total Dud.

Instructions are junk still can't get the fingerprint added,-revised- after a few hours and walking away a few times I finally figured it out, when it says the reset button it means the tiny hole on the inside lip, you will need a toothpick to put in the hole, but after trying that I was finally able to set all where I wanted it. One thing I would recommend to the seller, include better instructions and maybe some pics for us visual learners. I gave 4 for that reason, i almost sent this back because of the instructions
