The design of the toto toilet flush handles from the factory is designed to fail rapidly. I have had to replace them so many times I decided to look for a better option. The design of these flush levers are far superior to the original Toto Handles which always break. You get 2 of them for less then the cost of one original Toto flush lever. Its worth the purchase price for that fact alone.

Nicely package, two for the price of one of the OEM one. And it's exactly the same style, size from the look of it, they even design it so it probably would last longer than the original (see the (2) reinforced spot that is not on the original). Very easy to install, my teenage daughter was able to install it. But then I found it wiggled more than the original, so put in a piece of rubber flasher (see (1) in image), now it is perfect. That's why I give 4 instead of 5 stars for it.

One handle came with the paint scratched off on a spot and the other fell apart. The company was non responsive. Overall terrible product and customer service. I recommend customers order from somewhere else

I decided to take the chance and ordered it to replace the broken lever for a Gerber 28-890 Toilet. It is a bit longer than the original (Gerber 99-685-WH tank lever), but apart from that, worked like a charm. All I needed to do was remove the black gasket. Also, very affordable, costing about 25% compared to the Gerber part.

Works well. Good value as much cheaper then the original. Due to a gasket that is wider then the hole in the toilet tank you need to do one of 2 things to make it fit. Either remove the rubber gasket, or unscrew the handle from the lever and then screw the handle onto the original lever. I found both ways work fine. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because of this. I would buy one of these again as it seems decent quality and the steps to make it fit are super easy. The whole repair if your handle broke is easy, anyone who can use a screwdriver can fix their handle problem

Really happy with the value. The quality of the product is near or greater-than what came with Toto.Toto make incredible toilets, although some of the internal hardware (mainly the lever), are poorly constructed. This was an excellent replacement part with an extra (just in case of wear over time). You want your expensive toilet-system to last! Time will tell if this component lasts, but so-far, so good.

Severs its purpose and next time we don't have to wait for the delivery, as it comes in pairs and we needed only one.
