Real nice garbage disposer at a good price. I replaced the exact model Badger 1, so it was super easy to setup. Runs fine, no leaks and pretty quiet.

Arrived very quick, install went smoothly, I was able to reuse the Whirlpool sink flange, If you get the uncorded one, be sure to save the conduit clamp that screws into the bottom of unit, it doesn't come with unit. It spins, makes noise, and chops things up !!

Replaced 23 year old insinkerator. Only had to replace disposal. Sink connection from old insinkerator worked perfect and eliminated the first 15 installation steps. More quiet than the one replaced. Works as in should. MADE IN THE USA...

First off, the disposal that was installed when our home was built was the model 1-87. I couldn't find that exact model so I settled on the Badger 100 as it looked like a newer version of the 1-87. The original disposal came with the quick replacement ring, which made it all very simple.The Badger 100 is relatively quiet but I don't have much of a list of disposals to compare it to. It is quieter than the one that I had replaced.The installation was simple. Disconnect the power and put a bowl and/or towels under the sink to catch any water. Disconnect the existing drain and in my case, the dishwasher line. Twist off the old disposal. I had planned ahead and bought a replacement power cord but ended up not needing it due to the existing cord being perfectly fine. I disconnected the power cord from the old disposal and connected it to the new one before installing it. NOTE: I didn't see it documented but a YouTube video pointed out that the ribbed wire needed to be connected to the hot wire (white). I just matched up what the old one had to the new one. Line up the new disposal, give it a twist and before tightening it, make sure the connections all line up. Loosely make the connections. Using the tool in the box, tighten it down and lastly tighten the connections. Plug it in, run some water and run the disposal to check for leaks.Couldn't be happier with the ease of the installation and the fact that it only cost about $100.

The insinkerator that lasted 24 years started to leak because the housing cracked. I bought this hoping for the same performance and longevity. They changed the design slightly, which annoyed me at first until I realized it is probably an attempt to prevent the crack my old one developed just above the drain outlet.It was easy to install and is less noisy than the one it replaced."Assembled in USA" does not mean the same thing as "Made in USA" or "Manufactured in USA," though, and I am very slightly disappointed by that.

This product is absolutely useless. There was no mention when it was ordered on my English account that this product is not suitable for the English market. It was delivered and was fitted according to the instructions and it was only when the product kept cutting out that on further investigation I found that it was an American voltage of 120 whereas we need 240 volts in England. I have therefore wasted £118 plus fitting costs. HOW CAN AMAZON SELL SUCH A PRODUCT IN ENGLAND. HOW WILL I BE COMPENSATED????

Produit non utilisé au final car c'était écrit qu'il supportait le voltage européen et il s'est agit d'une version exclusivement américaine..Je ne recommande pas surtout à ce prix.

Comprei para substituir o que quebrou. Tenho hábito de usar o triturador no dia a dia e estava me fazendo falta.Foi fácil substituir porque a instalação estava pronta e o equipamento era idêntico.Para quem não tem instalação ainda pode ser que faltem as conexões, melhor olhar o manual na internet para verificar cada caso.Entrega rápida e pagamento facilitado. Muito bom. Recomendo.
