The legs are crooked... i.e. they do not line up with each other. The only way to accurately measure an ID (or OD for that matter) is to have the legs 180degrees apart, precisely. These things are out by more than 3/16 of an inch. I do not think it's a bent issue, either.... just horrible quality. Worthless.
