When I purchased the K&F Concept FH-02, I also purchased the Small Rig and Neewer tiny fluid heads to compare. The K&F was by far the best of that group. The Small Rig had an unacceptable stiction in the panning motion and the Neewer, while the panning and tilt motion was smooth, had different levels of drag in each axis that caused an uneven experience when going from panning to tilting. The K&F is smooth and has even resistance in both the pan and tilt axis, making it the easy winner of this group.

I purchased this for my father for Christmas and helped him mounted to his tripod. Very nice build quality and smooth movement. Great to have in your kit.

IDK if I've just gotten unlucky previously or if this is just very aggressively priced, but this is the best $40 I've spent on a tripod head.

Head works good, only downfall is you have to totally loosen the rotating screw or it hits a “snagâ€. I like to use my heads with both swivel and pivoting screws just barely loose so there’s a little friction for smooth, slow movements. In that case, the left/right rotation will hit a snag and stop, forcing me to reach up and loosen the set screw more.

Argh!! I got tricked by this one. I’ve never actually seen a tripod head where there was no sideways tilt adjustment, so i just thought that it was standard! This one only has two dimensions of movement. Up and down tilt and pan.Also, every head I’ve used (and I’m not a pro), the tilt is accessed by turning the long handle To ooosen/toghten. On this one turning the handle has no effect. It’s just leverage, which i suppose may be nice if you want to remove it completely. I’d rather it was more normal though.

The vertical movement is superb and easily adjusted but the horizontal panning has no real adjustment other than lock.It is very light and well made otherwise.
Just garbage don’t spend money on this choice

Ich habe nir den Stativkopf als Zubhör für mein K&F Concept 200CM Stariv gekauft!Zuerst hat mich der Preis ein wenig abgeschreckt, 60 Euro, ist ja der halbe Preis was mich das ganze Stativ gekostet hat und bei anderen Anbietern bekomme ich das ganze Stativ mit dem Videokopf!Ich habe einmal so ein Stativ probiert, hätte ich auch geauft, aber schon beim auspacken, habe ich gemerkt wieso dieses Stativ so viel günstiger war!Ich weiß, sollte man nicht machen!! Asche über mein Haupt!!Wie man immer so schön sagt, wer Billig kauft, kauft doppelt! Bei Werkzeug halte vich mich schon sehr lange daran!!Man lernt einfach nie ganz aus!Auf jeden Fall bin ich jetzt mit dem Stativ sehr zufrieden!Ich fotografiere sehr gerne Vögel und auch andere Tiere! Aber Hauptsächlich Vögel un da stelle ich mein Stativ in die Nähe von meinen Futterstationen und benütze mein Handy als Fernauslöser!!Macht riesen Spaß!!Jetzt werde ich es bald mal an meinem Gartenteich ( Wasserfall ) aufstellen, da kommen sehr viele Vögelzum baden und trinken, aber auch Eichhörnchen usw.Ich habe schon so einiges fotografieren können aber eben nur mit starkem Zoom.....Jetzt stelle ich einfach mein Stativ mit meiner Canon R7 Aps-C auf und mache vom Wohnzimmer aus die schönsten Fotos!Ist meine erste Canon Kamera und auch Aps-C Kamera und ich binbegeistert mit dem Paket aus tollem Stativ und der Kamera! Macht riesen Spaß!! So jetzt höre ich aber auf!! Sorry!!MfGRainer S.
