This product came quickly and was an exact replacement for the leaky valve in my shower. Took about an hour to replace the valve after gathering all the tools and removing the old and placing the new.The only thing I wish Kohler would do is to just supply the rubber ring seal on its own. Our valve was perfectly fine and only the seal needed replacing.For $35 replacing the entire valve was fine, it has been 6 years since it was installed, however it just seemed like a waste of a perfectly good part and more plastic in the landfill.

Should be advertised as a refurbished/used part. Mine arrived opened like others have said. So far it’s not dripping but time will tell.

I originally purchased an off-brand piece just because it was delivered quicker—a big mistake. The off-brand piece broke immediately. I had to wait a few days for this authentic Kohler piece, but it was just what I needed. Now, there is no leak, and I'm super happy.

This installed very easily, but the diverter appears faulty. When i utilize the shower, there is no problem, but when it is used for the bath, water comes from the spout and the shower head. It is installed correctly, but from what I read, this is not uncommon with this particular product.

After replace the cartridge it just work for 1 month, then the water leak from the shower head again. I need to order another one to replace it. So I want to get refund for this one.
