Full color display gives you current temperatures & humidity, with a future forecast whether it could be sunny or rainy to snowy. Batteries required (not included.).Weather Station Factory Restart Explanation: The factory restart returns the weather station and outdoor sensor to an ?out-of-the-box? default state and often resolves an issue. Factory Restart: 1. Remove all power (batteries and AC) from outdoor sensor and weather station. 2. Press one of the buttons on the weather station at least 20 times to clear all memory. 3. Verify that the weather station is blank before proceeding (there may be lines painted on the screen that will show when there is no power). 4. Leave both units without power for 15 minutes (very important). 5. Insert the AC power cord into the wall outlet then into the weather station. 6. Insert fresh batteries into the outdoor sensor. 7. Press the TX button on the outdoor sensor to transmit RF signal. 8. Keep the outdoor sensor 5-10 feet from the weather station. 9. When RF connection is established, the temperature will appear on the station. Allow the outdoor sensor and weather station to sit together for 15 minutes to establish a strong connection. 10. Do not press buttons for 15 minutes. POSITION Outdoor: • Protect the remote sensor from standing rain or snow and from the overhead sun, which can cause it to read incorrectly. • Mounting under an eave or deck rail works well. • If you choose, you can construct a small roof or box for the remote sensor. Be sure a box has vents. • Mount the remote sensor on the North side where to prevent sun from causing incorrect readings. • Mount at least 6 feet in the air for a strong RF (radio frequency) signal. • Do not mount the remote sensor on a metal fence. This significantly reduces the effective range. • Remote sensors are water resistant, not waterproof

For about $40, its a great little unit with a nice display. I was a little reserve on ordering the product as I have read all the bad reviews. I seems to be fairly accurate, not going to say fully accurate but I have only have my phone to compare it to, and its always been within a couple degrees considering the airport to about 7 miles away which does the reporting. As far as the remote sensor, I was even more apprehensive because I wanted to use this in my shop which has steel walls and a cell phone signal even has a hard penetrating the walls. My remote sensor is about 40' away and never had a problem with it communicating with the base. I would assume the sensor is NOT fully water tight as per the instructions say to locate it where rain cannot directly get to it. I just used a zip tie under an eve of the house which seemed to work great. The atomic clock has not once lost its signal or lost time, which I've had other brands do. Some people seem to think that this has a picture on the display of the forecast, which is wrong. Its merely telling you the current barometric pressures. Sunny and flowers is high pressure, clouds and lightning is low pressure, its not a reflection of what the weather is doing outside. The display is bright, colorful, and easy to read... kind of.. I have this unit on a table and can read it fine either sitting or standing, harder to read the display from the side to side angles, or if you are down lower than the unit itself. Must be plugged in to see the display, but does have battery backup so you dont have to redo the setup. The setup itself was really easy as well. Ive had this unit for about 5 months.

This is what i want it for a long time!!!!Pros: - Very easy to read information during the day or at night - Works plugged in and also with batteries - Accurate readings most of the time - Easy to follow instructions - 2 AA batteries are required for the sensor - Very cool Animated Forecast backgroundCons: - None so farOverall we like this unit at home, we are able to see the outdoor and indoor temperatures at a glance. It helps us predict what we can expect for the day!!! I know we all have smartphones and we can get the weather updates that way buy having it hanging on your wall or just displayed on a table makes it so much easier and at the same time looks great. It's kind of a generic weather station. I have had my first one for about a year now in my RV. It works well as far as it's time and temperature readings. It' OK for weather for the next few hrs but simple generic algorithm of barometer rising or lowering. On the road and driving over 10,000' foot mountain passes, not at all accurate for the next few hours forecast. But then again, it's not designed for that. The one I just ordered for my home will be much better for it's "forecast". Only objection is it only has 3 brightness levels, high, low and off. I can live with that.

We have been buying this brand for years. In fact, I have one in the other room. I wanted one with color in it for the living room. You can see it across the room. I like being able to see the indoor and outdoor temperatures and also the humidity. I like that it shows the weather in a picture. It shows rain and snow and seems accurate. It is a great size for the coffee table. I did not mount it but it has a stand for setting on the table. It was easy to set up with good instructions. The Glock will set itself. I wanted an electric cord to avoid changing batteries. A bonus is that it reads the outdoor sensor that was already there. So really decorative and fun to use.

I'm not sure what the problem is but this is the second time I'm wrighting this review. First I want to say this is a very accurate weather station. But what I like the most is that you can read it from any angle. The information is large enough to read from across the room. Setting the unit up could not be any easier. Plug it in and stand back. It down loads all the information on its own. I did have a slight problem when I first received the unit. I emailed customer service and within the same day Bella contacted me with the solution to my problem. This is a company that stands behind its products. I highly recommend this weather station to anyone that would like a weather station that is accurate and wants the company to stand by their products. I will be looking for other products from this company.

別モデルのLa Crosse Technologyの温湿度計を以前（５年前）より使用しており、気に入っているので追加でこのモデルを購入しました。単三電池３本でも付属のACアダプターでも電源取れます。海外製なので電波時計の受信はできませんが、たまに時刻合わせすればいいので。類似の廉価品は液晶の透けやセンサー感度がいまいちのものが多いですが、La Crosse Technologyのものは値段は少々しますが表示の美しさ、正確さ、センサーの耐久性はピカイチかと。実際、５年使用していますが、センサーが読み取れなかったことは一度もありませんし、センサーの電池は一度しか交換していません。買えばきっと満足されるのではないかと思いますよ。

Very nice looking clock for my night stand. There is indeed an angle issue when not looking straight at it, but since my night stand is at eye level when sleeping, it is not an issue for me. It comes with an AC adapter, but you can run it just on batteries. However, you can only adjust brightness when plugged in with the AC adapter. I am in Airdrie, Alberta (just north of Calgary) the it picked up the atomic clock signal within 5 minutes of scanning. The time is in perfect sync with my smartphone. Speaking of smartphone, it appears to cause enough of an interference so that if the phone is nearby, the clock won't pick up the atomic clock signal. When I first turned on the unit and walked away (phone in hand), that's when the clock got auto-set. I could repeat this scenario many times to know the phone was the culprit. It's no big deal for me. I bring my phone with me to work so the clock has all day to keep the precise time.The outside temperature transmitter is precise enough, but you have to keep it in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight and keep it upright so that it doesn't rain inside. I have it hung under the patio umbrella and the signal reaches our bedroom upstairs.I haven't had it long enough to see if the weather forecast is reliable, but I have my smartphone charging by the bed so I get a better morning forecast from that anyway.

Absolutely fantastic weather station. Easy to set up, including the outdoor sensor but make sure you also buy an outdoor housing for it to keep it weather proofed. Only one drawback currently is that it has what under investigation seems to be a US mains pinned plug to connect to the mains with. Afterallthistime were great with a much speedier delivery than even that estimated at ordering. They were also very prompt at answering my mains power query but in the end suggested just 2 adapter plugs, one was a standard UK adapter for plugging extra things in and the other was a EU adapter plug, which as it seems to be a US plus as per photo I sent them, wasn't a lot of help. After a final try at getting some help from them following which they stopped replying, so I purchased a US to UK power adapter, which hasn't done the trick. La Crosse is a Michigan company which I have contacted to hopefully help me as Afterallthistime don't seem to know what they are selling in detail. Lastly if La Crosse can't give me a solution I will continue to just run on batteries as it is still a great machine. Seem from the start to be very accurate, even though La Crosse says it takes a few weeks to get forecasts fully running

海外製品なので、品質は期待してなかったけど、なかなか良いです。日本製にはこんな製品無いですもんね。あとは、壊れない事を祈るだけですね。
