I’ve used this thing a few times now and other than rocks it can cut through a lot. Made my life much easier when expanding a mulch bed. And it’s 1 solid piece!

Overall, the Landzie Root Cutter Edger Lawn Tool works as intended. More importantly, I found Customer Service extremely helpful resolving my issue please with the left hand grip [made of foam] that slides on-and off due to a lack of adhesion during the manufacturing process. Joe at Customer Service was responsive and on-point to-say-the-least. In the end, I would not have any reservations about buying this tool or other products manufactured by Landzie. Great company. Thank you.

The blade is well made. The handle is the perfect size and the post is a great length. It is very simple to assemble and very easy to use. The blade is pretty sharp and works like a charm.

I liked the product but I live in Florida where the weeds are very thick so this product wasn’t the best for me. I think it would work better on regular grass. I did send it Bach with a full refund.

This is a sturdy tool. It feels strong and well-made. The weld joints appear to be solid. But It's a tool with a specific purpose — to cut edging on lawn. It is not a strong as one of my shovels or spades. So it's important to use it for the purpose intended. If you don't have a lot of lawn to edge... it might be considered an expensive tool. But I don't think you'd want anything that costs less or it'd be less hefty too.

This tool made edging my extremely long grass that grows over my driveway a lot easier. I always hated edging it needs to be maintained weekly to look good, if you don't do it all the time the grass grows over the drive. This tool worked better after a heavy rain made the cutting manageable having the serrated edge helps cut though the thick grass and roots. The unit is pretty well made and should last if the welds hold up, the unit is comfortable easy to step down on angle iron and cut through the grass. The handle is well padded at about the right height for easy trenching.

This tool is nice, and I got it for areas where the creeping crud we have that passes for grass is so thick, it doesn't like to be cut.Using this against the edge of my driveway, I followed the motions of the user in the video on the product page, and promptly bent the blade.Well, that is my fault, but I had thought it would be a more rigid blade.Trying to wiggle the clod of dirt out of the trench, by pressing against the edge of my concrete driveway, caused the blade to bend.It isn't really damaged, but now I know it isn't as strong as I thought, so I need to be less aggressive when I use it.Overall, I really like the design, with the good length handle and the edge to place your foot.It is easy to use, just don't get carried away like I did.I would recommend this to anyone who like me, is unable to use just a weed eater for serious edging.It is much more cost effective than a motorized edger, it just takes more effort.

Tried it on my much bed edge to walkway and lawn to driveway.Not sharp enough to cut anything. It could be manually sharpened but probably only with an an angle grinder.I can't honestly recommend this. Very disappointed.
